A bit about me and my healing journey
For many years, I struggled with depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of not quite belonging. I was searching—for my place, my purpose, and a way to feel at home in myself.
In my twenties, after the end of a long-term relationship, my health began to decline. I developed debilitating chronic pain and a growing list of symptoms that no one could fully explain. I sought answers everywhere—through doctors, specialists, and countless treatments—but nothing brought lasting relief.
Over time, I was given multiple diagnoses: fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, PTSD, IBS, ASD, and PMDD. I tried everything I could find—restrictive diets, supplements, self-help programs, and complex routines—hoping something would finally help me feel better.
But beneath all of it, I felt exhausted, defeated, and disconnected from myself. The search for answers became overwhelming, and at times, it felt like I was losing hope.
Everything began to shift when I was introduced to the idea that the root of my symptoms might not be purely physical, but energetic—connected to suppressed emotions, unresolved experiences, and deeply held beliefs about myself.
As I began exploring this work, something resonated deeply. For the first time, my healing started to feel possible.
I started to rebuild my relationship with myself. I began gently releasing emotional patterns, healing old wounds, and creating space for something new. I came to understand that my healing journey and my spiritual path were deeply intertwined.
When I discovered the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, I felt an immediate inner knowing that this work was significant. I initially became certified to support my own healing—but as my symptoms began to ease and my life started to open up again, it became clear that I was meant to share this work with others.
Since then, I’ve experienced profound shifts—not only in my physical and emotional well-being, but in how I relate to myself and the world around me. My relationships deepened, my sense of self-worth grew, and I began to feel a level of hope, creativity, and inner peace that I hadn’t known before.
Today, I hold space for others who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—those who have tried everything and are still searching for answers.
