Yes! Everything at Marigolds & Grace Kitchen is gluten-free and prepared in a dedicated gluten-free home kitchen. I am gluten-free and don’t bring any gluten containing foods into my home. I began gluten-free baking after my mom was diagnosed with celiac disease, so avoiding gluten cross-contact has always been especially important to me. My mom, who is severely celiac, eats my baking on a regular basis.

Thursday is my regular bake day. Everything is baked fresh from scratch in small batches for Thursday pickup.

My regular pickup day is Thursday. If you need something for another day, feel free to contact me before ordering. I can't always accommodate alternate dates, but I'm happy to let you know what's possible.
-
Possibly! Larger orders depend on my availability and the size and variety of the order. Please contact me with what you're looking for and the date you need it, and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
-
My current focus is the items available on my online menu rather than fully custom baking. If you're looking for a larger quantity of a current menu item or have a special request, you're welcome to contact me and I'll let you know what's possible.

For the best flavour and texture, enjoy your baking fresh or store it in an airtight container for 2-3 days. If you won't be enjoying everything within the first few days, all items freeze beautifully.
-
Yes! All items freeze well. Store them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag and thaw at room temperature when you're ready to enjoy them. A quick warm-up can make them taste freshly baked again.

If an item or bake day is marked sold out, I've reached the amount I'm able to bake that week. Items will be available again for the following week so you're always welcome to check back for the next bake day.

I don’t currently offer wholesale or supply products for resale. For now, Marigolds & Grace Kitchen is focused on small-batch orders sold directly to my customers.
Wholesale is something I may explore in the future as the bakery grows.
