The subconscious mind is the part of us that quietly runs in the background, shaping our thoughts, emotions, habits, and even physical responses. While our conscious mind is what we actively think with, the subconscious stores our past experiences, learned beliefs, emotional patterns, and automatic reactions.
Many of these patterns are formed early in life or during impactful moments, and over time they can become deeply ingrained. Even when we consciously want to change—whether it’s how we feel, how we respond, or how our body functions—these subconscious patterns can keep us stuck in old cycles.
This is where energy healing work can play a role.
Modalities like Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code are designed to gently access and work with the subconscious mind, helping to identify and release stored emotional energies, limiting beliefs, and imbalances that are no longer serving you. By addressing these patterns at a deeper level, it can become easier to experience shifts in how you feel, think, and respond in your daily life.
Rather than forcing change, this approach supports the body and mind in returning to a more balanced, natural state—where healing and clarity can emerge more effortlessly.
What are the Three Codes?
The Emotion, Body, and Belief code are energy-healing systems that work with the subconscious mind to identify and release underlying imbalances that can influence physical, emotional, and mental well-being. They work together as part of a cohesive whole.

What to expect
Sessions are gentle, supportive, and guided at your pace.
We begin with a brief intention about what you’d like to focus on, and from there I use muscle testing (done remotely) to communicate with your subconscious to identify what’s ready to be released.
You don’t need to relive past experiences—your body leads the process.
Many people feel lighter, calmer, or more grounded after a session.
Healing is not just the removal of symptoms,
but the Journey of re-integrating the rejected or repressed aspects of ourselves.
The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code focuses on identifying and releasing “trapped emotions”—emotional energies that can become stored in the body after stressful or overwhelming experiences.
Sometimes when we experience intense emotions, they aren’t fully processed in the moment. Instead, they can become stuck in the body, where they may continue to influence how we feel, react, and even how our body functions over time.
One common pattern that can form from these stored emotions is known as a “Heart-Wall.” This is a layer of protective emotional energy that develops around the heart, often created by the subconscious mind as a way to shield us from pain, heartbreak, or vulnerability. While this protection can be helpful in the moment, over time it may lead to feelings of disconnection, emotional guardedness, or difficulty fully giving and receiving love.
Using a simple, focused process, the Emotion Code works with the subconscious mind to uncover trapped emotions—including those that may be part of a Heart-Wall—and gently release them. As these emotional energies are cleared, many people experience a greater sense of ease, openness, and emotional balance.

The Body Code
The Body Code is a more comprehensive system that builds on the Emotion Code, looking at the body as an interconnected system of energy, structure, and function.
Rather than focusing only on trapped emotions, the Body Code works to identify a wider range of imbalances that may be affecting your overall well-being. These can include energetic imbalances, stress responses, misalignments, or other underlying factors that may be contributing to physical or emotional discomfort.
By communicating with the subconscious mind, the Body Code helps prioritize what your system is ready to address and supports the body in rebalancing itself. It’s a holistic approach that aims to restore harmony across multiple aspects of your health—physical, emotional, and energetic.
The Belief Code
The Belief Code focuses on uncovering and shifting limiting beliefs that are held in the subconscious mind.
Beliefs shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Many of these beliefs are formed early in life or during meaningful experiences, and they can continue to influence our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns long after they were created.
Some beliefs can be supportive, but others may keep us feeling stuck, unworthy, or unable to move forward in certain areas of life.
The Belief Code works to identify these subconscious belief systems—along with the experiences and emotions connected to them—and gently releases them. As these patterns shift, it can open the door to new perspectives, greater confidence, and more aligned choices.
